TrainingBased on APCO Communications Training Officer (CTO) program guidelines, generally 6-10 months of self-study and OJT. Minimum training for a non-lateral entry is 480 hours with a maximum of 600 hours. The center uses the Medical Priority Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD) program.
